Most of the surounding buildings of the base ane industial buildings vith relatively old anchitectural features. The buiding heightis about 16 metes, and the cenera mumber of foors is not miah. tis acommon type of low-rise tiled workshop.

10 x 10 Grid Unit: Starting from a conceptual foundation and based on logical progression, the park's design begins with a 10-meter economic column grid unit. The standard floor block of 1600 m² (with the smallest subdivision being 800 m² x 2) is placed, with a building height of 80 meters, creating a total above-ground construction area of 200,000 m², distributed across 10 buildings. Given the site’s unique characteristics, the 90° axis is rotated by 45°, creating a more continuous spatial relationship. At the same time, the two central buildings are rotated to align with this transformation.

Considering the limited street-facing resources on the site, the street-facing blocks are rotated to free up space within the park, creating an appropriate scale for the development. Based on the needs of the company, the building volume is differentiated, adhering to the overall layout principle of "larger units along the street, smaller units with scenic views." The building volumes are segmented and allocated for various functions such as production, research and development, office, and administration, forming an innovative, multi-dimensional complex concept.

The core is positioned externally, completely freeing up the integrity of the serviced spaces. This facilitates the balance between industrial production and office/R&D functions, and ensures a smooth vertical connection across the various functions. The administrative office traffic core is distinguished from the production and R&D traffic core. Combining the architectural form with the external core structure, the park’s buildings are linked through the framework, establishing a regional landmark. The spatial axes are aligned, incorporating a supporting center to complete the park’s functions and activate the project’s vitality.
